Our Story

Love, Family, and Homemade Pasta

The Origin of the Secret Recipe

It all started in a small kitchen in Sicily in 1965. Nonna Rosetta, our greatest inspiration, taught Ciccio and Tony how to create rich tomato sauces and supple pasta dough. The recipes we use today are the authentic heritage of that kitchen, perfected over decades, yet maintaining all of their original soul and simplicity.

A Journey to a New City

In 1990, Ciccio and Tony decided to bring the flavors of their hometown to the wider world. Armed with a dream and a suitcase full of secret spices, they opened their first restaurant on a busy city corner. The place was small, fitting only 10 tables, but the warmth of the welcome and the aroma of sautéed garlic spread throughout the street. This was our starting point as a family restaurant.

Our Motto Then:

“Serve food as you would for your own family.”

The Dedication to Hand-Crafted Pasta

This is the heart of Ciccio and Tony’s: **fresh, hand-crafted pasta** made daily. We believe no machine can truly replace the touch of an Italian _nonna_ (grandmother). Every strand of fettuccine, every ravioli pocket, and every lasagna sheet is made by hand in our kitchen, following ancient techniques that require patience and love. The finest semolina flour, eggs from local farms, and pure water—that is the only secret.

This dedication ensures the perfect texture, one that beautifully absorbs every drop of our rich sauces. It is this commitment that sets us apart and makes our guests feel like they are dining at their Italian grandparents’ home. We have taught these techniques to the next generation of chefs, ensuring the tradition lives on.
